Is there a way to register an iPad version of Battle Academy?
Each time I want to take a turn I have to enter my account information. The login screen seems to indicate that this is because I have not registered the game. Unfortunately I cannot find the games serial number anywhere.

You shouldn't need to enter your information each time - it saves the login and password the first time you login. We do not issue serials for the iPad version in the normal way because the Apple rules don't allow it, but as I say, it should save your login details. I would suggest restarting the iPad to see whether it fixes whatever is preventing the login details from being saved.

Even After restarting the iPad, my password is not saved. Returning to the main menu from the multiplayer menu and then selecting multiplayer again gives me a login screen with my username present and a blank password field.

Do your normal options save correctly? That is, volume, campaign progress, and so on? The password save works using the same mechanism.

Campaign progress and volume save normally. Multiplayer username saves frequently, multiplayer password does not save at all.

What other information can I give to help you?

I am having the same issue. Login credentials are not saved and have to be entered each time. Any update on this problem?
