How this parameter works? For example, currently Typhoon has 50... if I raise to 100 am I raising durability of the plane (more difficult to down) or am I decreasing it?

Is that value a %?

Check out the Airstrike.bsf script file for the precise details of how it works, but effectively it's a % multiplier against the combined AA power (capped at 90%) to give a chance for the attacking plane to be shot down.
