Editor bonus

When assigning bonus, click on the bonus button switches from side 0 to 1, but the list always display all bonus, even those from only one side, so you may give the USA a bonus on Stuka, or Artillery USA to the German side, unfortunately this has happened since older versions.

This is by design - there is no way for the editor to know whether bonuses are faction specific.
