Editor: CTRL+SHIFT+D outputs EDITOR_DUMP.TXT to aid in scripting units.

Or I do not look for the file in the correct place or this shortcut does nothing.
I tried also with Cmd - SHIFT D.

Thanks for all the editor bug reports. I'll add them all to the list, although I don't think it's likely I will get any of them into this build. The editor dump functionality, now I look at the code, only works for me on DEBUG builds, so I will try and fix it safely or just drop it off the change log until the next version.
