Attack & Defense Carryover Skirmish:
This campaign will have 6 missions that alternate attack and defense situations with a constant initial force in a single big map divided in sections. You get around 1000 points to buy the initial force (it is closer to 3000 points see note below), surviving units will get experience and be available in the next mission. So it is important to keep as many units alive if possible.
For defense missions you will get bonus units if more than one VP is hold at the end of the turns.
For attack mission you will need to capture all VPs to progress.
The single map will be divided in sections where battles will take place to give a sense of progression. In the end it will be around 40-50 units for the player and around 150-160 units for the AI during the 6 missions, that is close to a 1:3 1:4 ratio vs the AI.
Note: The force selection screen will be a bit special for each unit you purchase you will get 3 of that type (done to avoid the 64 unit limit per map and allow more choices to the player). I still have the 18 unit type limit problem, not sure how I will deal with it, maybe creating unit packs, see next post.
