If you enter Britcon you can request certain lists so they are refering to one distributed for this comp I suspect - or perhaps Roll Call

Get a beta test comp organised in France and you'll be able to ask for extra lists for that

Late Sept in Paris could be tempting...
Since I'm not Ghenting this year I may be able to wrangle it. "Ghent? No, I'm not in Ghent dear. I'm in Paris. I'm sure I mentioned it to you".
