Anyone know a quick way I can edit a file to have garrisons be destroyed when contact is made against an enemy corp when not actually in a city? I'm witnessing the ridiculous strategy of clogging the front lines of France with garrison troops. They laughably keep an armored corp busy for 15 days while in reality they would probably shatter in less then 4 hours.

I do not know how to do that, but the term Garrison or GAR used in CEAW represents division size units. So not a small force unit.

So just because it is named a particular way, may mean something else and not in a true military organisation fashion.
