During the previous impact phase a BG charged and contact, this BG is overlapped. At the following impact phase another BG is in position to suppress this overlap my question is: I have to charge or I have to wait to the movement phase to contact.

I am not sure I understand the question. If the question is "can a BG charge a base that is fighting as an overlap?", the answer is yes.

You would charge, and fight the impact phase with just the charging/charged bases.[/quote]
