The Beltway Bandits will be there, seeking to restore order to the universe. 8)

Is there any chance that we might see a British team (or other overseas friends)? I mentioned Brits specifically, because they might send Ruddock, and there are a lot of Americans who need free points.

Not likely, when we turn up and win we would have to represent the USA at Lisbon next year.

They are just looking for a proper excuse to visit Napa valley.

You could captain it as the GB 'B' team Dave. You weren't needed in the 'A' team this year so you won't be missed if you do go.

You'll be lucky to go at all Phil after your performance in the GB rankings this year. Perhaps you should be looking to go to the USA teams in order to be sure to travel?

Ignorance is bliss, you don't know him

Propped up by the rest of his team. Leading from behind. But most of all, contrary to the above, when he is unassisted he's an also ran.

Due to the much improved nature of the US team this year, far better than those old farts that turned up last year, (who where they? The bum bandits or something?) I think I would be more than lucky to make it in the US teams.
And with 4 unassisted/unshared firsts Dave I think we all know its not just about rankings.

Ruddock is one of those folks who is incapable of stopping his lips from flapping, especially if there is the possibility of slagging someone. And he has the energy and disposition of a Yorkshire terrier. Happily, he can take it, as well as dish it out.

Wait, that last was dangerously close to being complimentary. Ruddock also rolls over and shows his belly whenever he plays against an American. It is his most endearing quality.

:D

Phil's term 'first loser' is the generally accepted form, Spike.

I think you need to ask the Bum Bandits I've played in non-friendly matches - Ethan and Bill.

I also feel compelled to point out that Marc has the energy and disposation of a Jam Roly Poly.
