When you want to run multiplayer, I click on multiplayer, after a few seconds a message appears The serial number is registered and it is Please Help!!!

Is it the first time you're playing multiplayer? If not when was the last time, before the last patch? What is the version of Panzer Corps you're playing with? Do you have Afrika Korps installed?

It's been quite some time since I did not play multiplayer.I'm not sure when it worked . Version is 1:10.I have installed Afrika Korps and all the other DLC.

This message means someone else has registered that serial number. Do you have 2 accounts by accident or did you share the serial with anyone?

No I did not give the serial number.I have only one account How is that possible?

You'll have to mail the serial number & order info to support so they can investigate. Usually it happens because people have 2 accounts by accident because they made a typo such as drumars and drumard when registering a game.

Can you tell me where do I send e-mail?

Sorry forgot to put the e-mail address in my post...

I wrote an e-mail 5 days ago and still no response I gave all the serial numbers on the insight and my username.Nothing!

Can you PM the info as you should have had a reply so I need to check what has happened.
