In the last months i had frustrating problems with downloading your products.

Everytime, after finishing the PAYPAL-verification, the jump from PAYPAL to the download-site failed.
This happened with Panzercorps GC 43, GC 44, and today with GC 45.

So everytime it was necessary to contact the customer support, send them the order-details and then had to wait to get a new download-link.
(by the way, Christian Bassani did a great job and solved those problems always fast and simple)

It would be fine, if you could solve those problems.

I understand how frustrating it is. But I'm afraid that Slitherine/Matrix don't control that process. Usually those issues happen because sometimes paypal take extra time to process the payments.
Have you ever thought how many intermediaries are between you and Slitherine? Bank (CC), Paypal and Plimus. If there's a glitch in the communication between any of the three, and you might have a problem.
Personally, I've never had any problem in buying anything online in Slitherine/Matrix. However I had it when buying from Steam, for example. It's the nature of the process.

We've been working hard with Plimus to resolve all the issues so every week we have less problems. All we can do is apologise and assure you its a top priority for us and we really want to remove all barriers to people buying our games and are allocating significant resources to ensuring everything gets resolved.
