[Invalid] Researches only leading to 1 new option

Both the Synthetic Fertilizer and Mineral Refining research currently lead only to Adaptive Field Fortifications, the second unlock for each is missing.

This is working as intended. There are four techs per tier, and each tech opens up two techs of the tier above. With fertilizer and refining both being tier 0 techs (and the other two tier 0 techs, trooper and automatic weapons, already discovered at the start), you can end up with such a constellation.

It's this way at the very start, though. Before I research anything.
It may have always been this way and I just didn't notice it before now, though.
