Your question sounds familiar. I'm pretty sure there's an answer somewhere in the forums, but the search function failed me.

Yeah I think that was the general consensus of the last thread about this.

In the next patch could be implemented a hotkey that when pressed forces a move when there is an attack/move conflict over a hex.

This question was asked before and IIRC workaround is to use cheat code to remove ammo of AA unit than move unit beneath aircraft and than again use cheat code to give ammo to AA unit.

Code is:
ammo #N
Sets ammo of the selected unit to #N

Or simpler still (from the player's perspective), a dialog box that pops up and asks whether you wish to move or shoot.
