What happens when I reach level 6 in one of technology threads while two others are still in progress? Do the other two get 50/50 split now (no focus is used) or I 'lose' the 33% and two other threads also get 'only' 33% each.

Say I have level 6 in industry. Will organization and radar develop using 50% points from each lab or just 33%?
