Blacklisted?

G'day,
I can't logon to multiplayer error 99s and later error 8s.
As stated on these forums and with the Matrix help desk I have had some issues with the program hanging which may be partially my end fault (tempermental graph card)but only happens with WIE??
My playing partner and I have been playing pbem games for years, both of us previously being the adjucation and ethics committee on TGHQ site. We found that if a player did multiple downloads it was sufficient to record it in the public log so that all players and the GM were aware. This avoided mishaps due to tech faults or player error. Having an auto block seems somewhat excessive and fails to take into account, players unfamiliar with the system, tech issues, players who are not computer savvy or just plain stupid. In two player games where the players know each other it is somewhat redundant. TGHQ playing EIA was multiplayer, so there I grant you was a valid application, but as I said we found the log quite sufficient.
Anyway given we have paid some $100 a piece for the game we would appreciate being able to play it together.
Can you please remove the cyber block or whatever it is that prevents me uploading my turn.
regards
Captain
