[Fixed] Turn ends on multi-move units with moves left

If I order an aircraft to move two+ tiles, the game will automatically switch to the next available unit even if the aircraft has moves available to it.
Related, the view will switch off a multi-move unit that is using up all its moves before it has finished moving/revealing fog, as well.
ATVs do not encounter this bug as it only triggers if they move at least two tiles, which is all an ATV is allowed to move.
