Place names messed up upon reload.

Hi everyone,

Ever since I installed the latest patch for PC all the place names on the map in the campaign games (no idea about the scenarios) become altered once i reload or restart the map. For example The Hague is renamed Utrecht in the scenario I am currently playing with my core. Perhaps only a minor detail but it is quite annoying after a while and it makes the "hoisted victory banner over..." look silly in the unit history. I have re-installed PC from scratch and the same bug still appears. Any advice on how to deal with this issue is most welcome.

As of now, a temporary solution for me is to always make a save at the end of a scenario (I always do, anyway). If I stop playing after this particular scenario, I than restart from that save, advance into the next scenario and just keep playing without reloading. When a particular scenario is only started, not reloaded, the name corruption does not appear.

Not a very comfortable solution, of course - although I generally avoid mid-scenario reloading - I find it un-educational  - I often reload in the deployment phase, while experimenting during shopping.
