Disrupted/wavering/routing markers - really neat way of show

Just seen this really neat way of showing fatigue state on the units. On the pendraken forum under "awi teaser"

I do like casualty figures as markers for this. IN FOG R I use Dead person for disrupted. Dead Horse for Fragmented. And rout is easy to remember.
I will do something similar in fog N, with a standing wounded figure to imply can't advance.

I worry about the triangle bit as it is easy to tweak when moving by accident.

I can understand the concern with accidental "tweaking".... How ever for my army (french imperial guard cavalry corps) and only having 8-9 units... That won't be a problem. Just need to make up a spent base for each unit :)
