Both ways:
if I try Update PanzerCorps from the Game menu, it takes me ~1 hour to download and than updater freeze and turns into "Error"
if I try to download the file and than unpack it, it gous all they way and freeze the WinRAR at the end.
OS - Win7

Maybe you have a corrupted download or something is preventing your Winrar to unpack it, maybe one of your Internet Security programs.
So I would suggest to download it again from one of the mirrors that are quicker, and if does not work try to disable temporarily your Internet program while you unpack and install the patch.
