first shot at 2.1

OK, now that I've got 2.1 up and working would like to try a game or two against a 'real' opponent. 
Have played maybe 15 PBEM games before, a few vanilla CEAW, mostly GS 2.0. I'd say my skill level is significantly above newbie but a long way from the 'junior professionals' - never mind the elite players.
Willing to give advantage to a newbie opponent or take on a mid-level opponent on even terms. Will play either side or both (mirrored). Flexible about settings. My one big preference is that I strongly prefer to play the game to the bitter end!
