I recently got an email that I had downloaded a game multiple times. This was due to the fact the game just said "reading" but never loaded. I had made multiple attempts at getting it to work before I emailed someone at Matrix who looks like he advanced the game from my Soviet turn as the game shows up on the screen as the Axis player turn.

The email also stated I should contact you here.

Please do not threaten my server privledges due to this bug.

The games is Ketza vrs Gsiddall.

All these warnings are checked by a real person. If you have reported the bugged game and someone is dealing with it then that will get noted. No need to worry that you will be prevented from playing.
