Unable to open existing scenario

The old encryption issue again; I have uninstalled the AK beta and have installed 1.10 and added my campaign mod back in via GME. Now I can open the first scenario but subsequent ones and any that have been saved under the beta are giving the "Required package" error. Does this mean I need to buy AK to get the scenarios to play?

Release version of 1.10 editor does not lock down scenarios (I've just double checked it one more time), and as far as I can tell looking at the backtrack on the betas, beta editor did not do that too.
So not sure what's going on here. Could you please send to me problematic scenarios for investigation?

I have a scenario from an version earlier than 1.05 that says "Required package" when I try to open it.
