I am playing 2.0 and I can't move British or Canadian navel units and transports into the ports in Egypt. I apologize if this is in a patch list, but I didn't see it in the manual.

It is the first turn in June if that matters.

No this is how the game is designed. Until Egypt declares war later in the Summer the units are unavailable. And if you move the Naval units out of the Egyptian ports they won't be able to return until the DOW as well.

In GS v2.1 they don't arrive until Italy joins the Axis. Then the naval units can move.
