i have purchased FoW and imortal fire as a bundle entered my card details and order was aproved awaiting download, nothing happened for 20 mins... i went back into the purchase system and it confirmed i had ordered the same product within the previous 24 hours yet i have no e-mail or download please help...

ok i now have a reciept after 30 mins, how do i re download?
