Cheating slowdown

Would like option on first strike on like air units or artillery and some other units. Currently they are last and units move out

Is there anyway to get the maps of the scenarios?

Your title and text doesn't make enough sense to me for an answer. When Pip gets back maybe he can discuss an "option" with you.

You can open a scenario in the editor, remove all the units, and save the map with a new name.

My first game my opponent put a tank out in the open on a road tile goading me to strafe it, and I did to my amazement tank jumped out of the way.
Sorry world war 2 did not have allot of mobile radar towers, or the personnel to run a mobile radar station. It should be fixed the tank jumping.
On the lighter side hand out stinger missiles they work great.

My guess is that it moved during the turn delay that happens prior to the airstrike being actioned?
