I put the maybe in there for Chris, since he seems a bloody fence sitter

I picked maybe, as it would depend on the cast of the app/ebook. If it is already the cost of a print copy and then I still have to pay for printing and materials? No, I will not.

Well, I guess I assumed everyone would think 'at reasonable cost'. I ticked yes, but I wouldn't hold myself to that if the rules cost $1,000,000:00.

Well, the actual cost of FoGA V2.0 is actually a lot less than $1,000,000.00.
It might be around $454: iPad3 $399 + FoGA for iPad $25.00=$454

For UK players, its worse: iPad3 GBP399+FoGA for iPad GBP25=GBP424.

EVERYONE has an iPad... didn't you get that memo? Everyone HAS to have an iPad for the announcement to have made sense.

I picked maybe, for me the best option is an e-book pdf with searchable index and print option, obviously at a reasonable cost !!

.... But I would not pay for a format/PDF that i could not print out!

To be precice (some would say pedantic) JD has not 'announced a paper version'. What he wrote is

That is very likely to lead to the announcement of a paper version but it most certainly is NOT announcement of a paper version. Don't doubt JD's, word just don't want to get people too excited (and I know how the very thought of Phil gets some people excited...)
