I know it is not really your problem, but I have problerms connecting to Plimus too...
I ordered with Ref order ID 13366788 (Plimus I suppose) PC Grand Campaigns 41, 42, 40 ( ), 44 and 45. After ordering (and my fault but no problem, I remarked that the order in campaigns for ordering was not logical (I wanted to order 43 instead of 40 (which I already have)).
Now as I saw this almost immediately after printing my order, I decided to order 43 in a second order (not trying to adapt my order as I made a mistake). Problem is that when I try to order only that campaign 43, automatically campaign 40 (or 41) is added to my basket. Normally when you order, you are able to throw some stuff in the trash except for that campaign I do not want to order...
After a while I tried to order 43 again; this time Grand Campaign 43 was NOT available, so I could not order it...
With this problem I tried to contact Plimus in vain as my orderID was not recognised nor mentionned in the automatic reply (where they only mentionned my order for Grand Campaign 41.
So in my opinion the problem is a Plimus one, but I am not able to contact them.

You just need to email to info@slitherine.co.uk with your order details and explaining what happened.
I'm sure they will try to solve your issue, don't worry.
You can email them now, but the office is closed during the weekend, so they will only look into your issue after it.
