Thoughts on per turn scenario income

I noticed that in almost all scenarios, even the offensive ones, the player gets a per turn prestige income. I don't like this, because to get the most prestige the player should just delay the end of the game to "milk prestige." It amounts to just pressing end turn a whole bunch a times at the end of scenarios and is boring. Wouldn't it be better just to remove the per turn income but massively increase the prestige for winning DV/MV, so that the overall prestige levels are comparable? That way, you don't have to sit there and keep pressing end turn to get the most prestige from a scenario.

I like the per-turn prestige on defensive scenarios, but I do agree with you that there is no need for it on offensive ones. It just leads to the kind of cheesy behavior you describe.

I agree with Deducter...a to big per turn income may lead to simply hit end turn a few times in order to maximize gain...
Increasing prestige for taking VH hexes in offensive missions could be an option too
