Time of Fury will not run

I downloaded and installed time of fury, set up run ok, but on play went to blank screeen and returned to desk top.
I uninstalled game, uninstalled antivirus/internet security software and disabled all start uos.
I then again down loaded and installed time of fury, but had the sane issue.
I have 8 GB active memory, Nivida GT 530, I-5 CPU, Current direct X and NET 4.0.
Will not run in WIN XP SP2 or SP3 compatability mode.
Compatabaility wizard reports incompatable application.

No, I did not download the software that facilitates showing the introduction.
It was stated that this software is not needed to run the program and is only for the introduction.
There is very little time lapse between hit play or directly run the executable, before returns to desktop.

So you are not even accessing the main menu?
Please go to the main game folder go to the data subfolder, and delete the video files.
Then please run the game.

I have an identical issue. Removed the program, did a clean install (including DivX). The after selecting a scenario, when I try to start the game I get the load screen, then crash to desktop. When I delete the video files, I get a windows error message:
"TimeOfFury.exe has stopped working"
The tutorials work. No other scenarios work.

Just after the game crashes,
please go to my documents/my games/time of fury/ folder and zip ConsoleOut.txt file
please send the file to support[at]wastelands-interactive.com
please include the link to the mail and your user name.

I tried deleteing these files, did not solve my issue.
The program executable will not run.
I get no program termination or error message, just blank screen and less than a minute later return to desk top,

I'm still not sure at which point the game is crashing/hanging

The start up page works and I was able install the update and can access the Manual documentation,
Whenever I press Play in the start up menu, or I directly run the executable at X86 programs, the same thing hapens, after about 10 to 20 seconds the software returns to desktop, from blank screen, no opening page with list of options, no program termination notice and no windows or program error report.
I have had no problems with Panzer Corps or the add on software for this application.
