It was mentioned a while back that a revised QRS was being worked on or would be worked on. Any update on this?

Apparently the suggestion is "photocopy the qrs from the book"

Neither helpful, nor practical given the QRS in the book is...

1. Out of date and has loads of errors
2. Printed in a font so small to make it practically unreadable to anyone under the age of 50/anyone with less than 20/20 vision

Oh, and whilst on the subject, why is the question of a usable QRS being ignored so many months after the rules launched?

I must say I consider it rather poor form not to put out there for download a QRS. I mean really, how hard would it be?

why make our life (those that buy and play" more difficult by not offering those QRS?

There's an "unoffical" QRS available on the FOGN Yahoogroup - just uploaded last week. It is multiple pages but well done and most importantly -readable for those of us with "older" eyes!

Now that I think about it I don't think an "offical" QRS was released for FOG-R either.

You're right there has been no official QRS for Fog R.

Nothing against the chap that uploaded the unofficial version to the yahoo group (nice piece of work by the way!) but within a week of the rules arriving I had drawn up a QRS which I sent to the authors for sanction/aprroval and despite a couple of emails saying they were 'hoping to get around to looking at it' I have heard diddly-squat since.

And there was me worried that I would have been pursued under copyright laws...

It would be good to hear an official source comment on this but I for one am not holding my breath

hmm not sure about that, they would need to understand what aftersale service is first.

Or at leat say that they will never do an official QRS and accept whatever the community does.

Not helping players will make the rule die fast
