Hello,

A DV should happen when Paris is captured or 3 VHs are captured.
At turn nr 22 I captured all existing VHs on the map (so including Paris).

Whay does the game continue until turn nr 27 ?

I'll take a guess - as I recall the victory conditions for the Germans are to hold Paris and three other objectives at turn 27. So Herman has until then to retake them.

OK.
If there is no bug with victory conditions then this is fine.
