Can a move that is not normally allowed if it starts or goes within 6 MU of an enemy BG be made within 6 MU of an ambush marker if the marker would not be visible nor become visible to the moving enemy BG?

You absolutely positively MUST be able to. The last point on second moves says that the ambush marker is shown if you move to within distance to expose it. Thus (if hidden somewhere with a 2" visibility) you'd have to move to 2" and stop and expose the ambushers.

Yes, page 143, after the ambushers are placed on table the enemy complete their move , unless it was a 2nd move and they are within 6 MUs of the ambushers. The rules are silent on whether or not you can complete a difficult move.
