when i finish download,so i click play,but..
error msg-->this application has failed to start because d3d9.dll was not found.re.installing the application may fix this problem..
what i can do ??

Sorry you are having problems. It sounds like you have windows Vista. Vista is missing some files it should include

Which game is it you have bought? If you go to the games page, by clicking "games" at teh top of the screen, you will be able to view downloads for that game on the right hand side. From here will be a link to a Vista patch for that game. Download the dll and put it in the dir you installed the game to. If this doesn't help let us know.

sorry sir,i m use window XP,i have try reinstalled again,but is a same error,did i need crack or copy,paste anything???

You need to have DirectX 9.0c installed on your PC. You can download this from the Microsoft site.

i have download directX already,i think some thing wrong between this disc n my pc..
but i coulnd find the where the problem,maybe need crack game or copy n paste!!
is it??
