But i have not downloaded the same turn mulitple times ... is this a problem ? Can you please check which turn is downloaded multiple times ... ? I am a little bit confused.

Have you had any connection issues? We can look it up and give details of exactly when and in which game it happened if necessary.

Hello ive just received this message again in my email. I only had one incident yesterday when my screen blacked out while playing, its the only incident ive had certainly not multiple times. Surely one isnt penalised for one technical incident? Hope this is another server error thanks.
