AAR1: limited Tiger game (NOT GL) Enric as German

As german I've chosen 1 Tiger and 1 Panther (we agree to expend a maximum of 400 point in these tanks). Maybe a better choice would be 2 Panthers, but just to try the big one I took a Tiger II.
As the allied side, there are only a few transports to choose so the movement will be slow.
I've chosen all artillery possible, and a mortar.
Then an equilibrate force between infantry and tanks and SPs.

My first turn as German (the email advice states turn 4, probably the engine count the Force Selection as turns: 1 allied FS, turn 2 German FS, turn 3 allied first turn, etc. the question is: will the game end when this counter reach 50 or when really is turn 25?)
My forces are in the W and S, I just advance to the village on the center of the map.
The three halftrack appeared in the W corner, also the mortar, all infantry are on the center of the W-S edge.
One of halftrack bogged and this one was loading the mortar
I promoted the Panther.
As I stated in the other AAR I do not use to use artillery in the first turn.
Overall view

TR24
No contact, still advancing toward the city.
On my left flank (N-W border) a group formed by: 2 StugG, 2 PzIV, 2 Scouts, 3 INf, this force is the more advanced to the north of three groups.
In the center, the Tiger, 2 Marder, 2 Pumas, 1 Scout, 1 INF, and 1 Eng.
Covering the right: 1 Panther, 1 Scout and 1 Eng.
My idea is try to engage the allied from the left o the city (N-W of the map) but this is a tactical game, and strategy may need to be changed at any time.

TR 23
Not contact yet, I continue with the idea of flanking the city from the left.
I already have a scout in the city, and I decided to send a Puma to help the flanking left.
I see GL took a new flag, a bombard on the forest adjacent seems not had any effect.

TR 22
The ME262 bombard in the forest, near the recent taken flag by GL88, as revealed a Scout, with a Wespe I killed it.
On the right side, my scout that protects the Panther has detected a ranger coming, it finished his movement on the open (!) it has been a easy piece

.
I do not take any flag yet, I think, as BA shows the side that own the flag this is a favor to the opponent.
In my opinion flags should not be revealed has taken if the player has no spotted the flag. The flag counter could say 2/4 but not reveal you which flags are taken by the opponent if you do not have a spotter here.
On the left I'm advancing with caution, in the center grouping units and advancing into the city, I need more infantry there.

Another encounter with a scout in the south near were a killed the ranger, I disrupted it, we'll see if he have more units there or just a scout.
In the NW I spotted two M36, we are close now but so close for my Wespe.
In the center and left I continue advancing into the city.

The scout in the SW received air support and my scout was suppressed so I could not kill it, my Wespe put it also in suppress mode, will see next turn what can be done.
In the center I'm advancing and taking step by step the Village.
In te NW, I've two M26 spotted.

I attacked one of the M26 with my other Wespe, and then advancing the Tiger and eliminating the M26.
Also a Scout is spotted in the area, I suppressed it but not be able to eliminate..

I'm a little concerned because GL doesn't appear where are they ambushed?.
Well I eliminated the scout in South that was suppressed last turn.
In the middle the advance is reaching half the city, and my left flank is merging with the central forces, I found a PDR and destroyed it.

TR 18
A Panzer IV eliminated another M36 in the North, from where I'm trying to evolve the city.
A Calliope bombard my Tiger, no effect, I think is a Calliope by the sound, its range is 20, so I will try to spot it.
My scout advance to the north and not found a Calliope by a 6PDR, a Wespe put it in disruption and the Scout advanced adjacent to it and eliminated.

A infantry advanced to give support to the scout and is fired in direct fire by a Priest, a Wespe bombarded and eliminate the Priest, ummm, this is a good piece.

No much more, I have consolidate the E of the city then I'll advance from E to W.
At that point I've identify half of the units (points) and destroyed 2/3 this is the balance:
2000 + a Sherman 76 = 2108

Eliminated a scout in the NW of the village.
Spotted and eliminated an infantry in the N of the village.
Also a Sherman 76 surrendered by a multiple attack.
And, surprise!, Shermans coming from SE

In the south my scout was intercepted by a ranger, the ranger was put on suppression but a Sherman76 put my scout in a very bad situation, so, it's time to go out as far as possible.

On the North of the city I received air fire but no major problem.
Priest fire put his Sherman76 suppressed and with a StugG I killed it.

With the Sherman killed I advance a scout that spotted the Priest!. (as there is a limitation on the amount of images, only 3, I'll create a new post to continue.

Spotted Priest

A halftrack with a infantry loaded go for the piece, and even making two charges no luck. Then a Puma comes to finish the task and killed the Priest.

- Priest killed.jpg (84.08 KiB) Viewed 5671 times
Also I spotted a halftrack with a mortar loaded (I never understood why we have the ability to know that an enemy transport is loaded, and what is in!.
That turn I killed his last artillery and his mortar is loaded and fleeing.
I'm just expecting and attack from the south where I spotted several tanks some turns ago.
At that point I've 5 flag (2 GL) so I will be at the defensive.

A Sherman trying to retreat is fired and killed by my Puma, I assume it was offering his back. (Maybe was the Panther, replay is so quick that sometimes I lose what's happened).

- Sherman killed.jpg (76.71 KiB) Viewed 5660 times
I spotted another Sherman near the buildings where some infantry are hiding. Interchange of fire between them but nothing.
No much that turn.

Allied have surrender.
GL has played well but I think if the german side plays cautiously will be near unbeatable.
Thanks GL good game.
