getting error and unable to play turn

I load the turn, watch the replay and when the US flag comes up, I hear the turn start but it hangs and gives me the error attached.

Thanks for the info - I'll get Phil to take a look when he is back from his holiday end of next week.

Hey Iain, just a note, I have only had this happen in one game on the Beta. All other games have played normally.
