Another Idea...

I would like to propose an idea...

Allow players to chose custom skins for vehicles in game. Allow this during the upgrade process, and include a number of preset skins.

It would add to the realism of the number of paint schemes that existed in WW2, and it would allow players to better identify specific units (for example, you can differentiate between different Armies/Corps/Regiments)

That can be done now but it would be a huge amount of work.

a. Create the skins for each camo scheme - can be done using the Dwight's Camo Sprayshop
b. Save each skin with a unique name e.g. PantherG_1; _2, _3 etc.
c. Create/copy a number of entries in the equipment.pzeqp file for each skin e.g. Copy the PantherG line 3 times and set the name and correct skin (the other details remain the same)
d. Each new unit would link to one of the other camo schemes by using the switch feature.

As I say, it can be done but it's a lot of work! :)
