Cannnot access my purchases

Today, Friday 8 June 2012, I logged in to play my mp games. I was presented with messages as if I was a new user and my online purchases eg Sealion were not available unless I purchased. These were available yesterday.
Grateful if you would investigate.

Should have stated/clarified: I can access my mp games, and I am playing via my iPad.

We are using the Caches folder on the iPad to store all the details. The documentation doesn't make clear that iOS can (and does) flush all the files in here pretty much at whim. The upcoming update fixes this, so we apologise.
With regard to in-app purchases, you simply need to go through the purchase process again. It will recognise you have already paid for them and you will not be charged again.
