I am trying to order "COMMANDER - EUROPE AT WAR" on your web site, but no matter what I do, I always get the following message :

We are unable to process your order. Please verify your information and try again.

What's wrong ? For sure my information is right and my credit card too (can use it everywhere else on the planet apart from your web site...). It's also impossible to find anybody to contact to look at my problem... The whole experience is very frustrating and disappointing so far...

So, if anybody could help me spent my money on your web site to buy this game, it would be very nice of you !

Sorry you are having problems. We've accepted many orders so I'm not sure why yours would be failing. Can you mail info@slitherine.co.uk with the details of your order and we will investigate it with Digital River.

Eventually, I went on the Matrix web site and I could order the game there. I don't know why it didn't work on the Slitherine web site. The only thing that I can think about is that I was never asked for the security code of my credit card which seems strange. Anyway, the problem is solved now. Thanks for your reply.

Glad its sorted - we both use the same payment system so it must have been a weird random error!
