Hi
My son just bought the game and waited for 3 weeks, the game arrived today and now it doesn't work...
We bought the game from a danish online shop, http://www.coolshop.dk/catalog/, they can't help us.
When we turn on the psp we can see the game icon and see the word "start", but when we pres the button x we get the words:
The game could not be started.

Hope you can help us, I have a very dissapointed 12 yearold.

Best wishes

Hi Tina,

sorry you are having problems. Is there anything unusual about your PSP or the UMD disk? Has the PSP had any modifications? Is it defenitely a legitimate copy, i.e. not a copied disk as copies will not run? There is really nothing that should stop it running as every PSP is the same and if it works on one it works on them all. Could the disk be scratched? If you cannot resolve it please send a mail to info@slitherine.co.uk with the full details and we'll investigate it for you.

make sure that you have the latest firmware, you can found it under settings and system settings, and then system info and you will see system software and the firmware which is printed in numbers like this.Image
the official firmware can be found here http://www.us.playstation.com/psp/downl ... stemupdate

good luck!

Hello there
can you help me please?

i have bought the game and i like the mix of gameplay /history etc
however the soldiers all appears as tiny dots even when i zoom in and
look nothing like the impressive screenshots i see on your site and others.
are they from video clips or gameplay ? how can i zoom in even closer?

thanks very much

Hi Nobby - glad you are enjoying it. It depends on the platform you are playing on. On PC you can zoom in much further than PS2 or PSP because the PC is a lot more powerful.

Sorry you are having problems. Can you check the feedback on similar problems and try renaming the movie directory and update the drivers for your graphics card.

Let us know your full system specs if you still cannot get it working.
