If during the campaign scenarios finish faster why are the beginnings of the following scenarios for fixed historical dates? For example the attack on the French 10th May,Soviet 22nd June etc. Why wait until we finish earlier?

The start dates of scenarios are not dynamic. In other words, they start when the designer has set for them to start regardless of other time issues, such as finishing a previous operation early. It can be done, but with a lot more work for the designer. For example, a DV may have the next scenario start on the first of the month and a MV the 15th - but that means two scenarios need to be made and any amendments must be made to both. It's just a minor (IMO, anyway) issue that we have to live with.

The issue date, the start of operations, it is very important especially because of weather conditions. It is not just attacking USRR in September or October. Plan because Germany is 25, the attack on Yugoslavia, delayed the Barbarossa plan and thus lost valuable time. That in April went to the Soviet Union I think history would have been different. :D

I understand what you're saying but weather conditions are not tied to dates in PzC scenarios. The weather conditions are set by the designer as is the start date and neither affects the other. So, for an extreme example, I could have a scenario set in July with snow every turn if I designed it that way. If a modder wanted to test a what-if scenario of a Barbarossa start in April 1941 he could do it by creating the scenario with the appropriate start date and weather.
