It's not released yet; but for folks that are relatively (or moderately) computer suave and manually wish to install the pre-released file set themselves I've been providing them the link and instructions to do so. This only applies to the PC version. My one caveat is that I will provide you the link and instructions; but you're on your own after that, as I don't want to get bogged down helping folks with manual installations. If you're comfortable with that then PM me requesting the GSv2.10 pre-release file set and provide me with an email address to where I can send the installation instructions. If you don't include your email address in the PM, I will provide the link but you won't get any instructions.

For those uncomfortable with this, or who aren't moderately computer suave then you'll need to wait for the official GSv2.10 installer release.
