Problem when ordering PzCorps DLCs

Hi folks,
I've been experiencing problems with Plimus' webstore those days and I can't buy anything from them (through slitherine.com or matrixgames.com) after the purchase of PzCorps main game and DLC1 (Grand Campaign '39). It took me only one day to finish GC39 and I'm still hungry.
Regarding purchase problems, my payments are always rejected (using PayPal or my Visa card, I tried both of them) for some obscure reasons: Inconsistent contact / billing information or Previous order was canceled as fraud! I had to cancel my very first order (using PayPal) and I think everything went wrong after this move.
As I can't buy DLCs elsewhere than on Plimus.com, and support did not answer my emails (ticket #2012051110016109) or even tried to contact me after those failed attempts, I'm posting right here to find help.
My last order ref. is xxxxxx, if it could help.
Anyway, a great revamped version of Panzer General, a game I was still playing 18 years after its release (and I still have my original copy on CD from SSI).
