JU87 is UFO ?

Yesterday , when we started a new pbem , It happened a very very strange thing

When I use my Tac to attack the Pollish corp in Warsaw , It did no harm to the Corp ,then strange thing happened : the Tac disappear & I found it in my force pool ???!!! Is it an UFO ?
or a bug
