Just wondering if these (Beta 2) are still different from the "original" scenarios.

Or have the beta changes been incorporated into the originals through updates.

If you mean the Random Beta MP missions with random forces then no, they have not been integrated. I have it on my task list to put them up on the free download list (perhaps renamed as nobody has reported any problems with them, and they seem to get a decent amount of play).

No, I mean the set called "Beta 2" covering the scenarios in the original game (Normandy, Desert, Bulge).

Came out ca Sept 2010

I am pretty sure they were beta maps that got integrated in to the full data set.

A few of us have been giving these a run - hence the question.
I've noticed, since I made my original post, that there are some differences in set up and OBs in some of the Beta 2 sets compared with the current versions.

Arminius and I are playing the Beta 2 desert rats scenario. All was going fine the first few turns, but now I can not download my turn. The game hangs up on the download screen when I try to download the turn. The only way out is to CTRL/ALT/DEL out of the game. After I exit the game I get "Failed to fetch data from battle state:sizes do not match:state 4!=call:269832(0)

Hmmm - that is odd. It is possible that the game is corrupted, but there are multiple checks to prevent that. I will look into it.

I have not downloaded any turns multiple times. I have TRIED to download the beta2 desert rats turn multiple times, but can not get it to download. It does the same thing everytime, as described above.

Sorry - we are having a bad week on the servers. I will roll back the game and hopefully you will be able to continue.

So far, so good. I was able to download, take my turn and upload back to the server. So, we'll see how it goes. Thank you.
