Serial Number/Installer Question - For Sale

I am planning on selling my copies of FoG Digital and need to know the following:
- I have installers for all of the modules except the last two. Is it possible to download these last two module installers so I can ship them with the rest?
- Do I need to inform you of change of ownership? My original game was from the Matrix site. Does that matter?
