Need help finding Wiki

I am kind of computer illiterate and something happened on my computer the other day that rendered ALL my shortcuts unavailable.
I have got around this for the most part by just going to Google but
I CAN'T find the Wiki for online FOG anywhere. I can find the TT Wiki (and I am not sure the rules are not the same, though I would think there are major changes.
Anybody have an address, or evn better yet know why/how this happened to my comp and if it can be fixed?
My priority however is to find the Wiki...I am TIRED of having the perfect setup and gettting smacked because I don't have proper support etc...
