Transition from Demo to Campaign?

I played the demo, then purchased the game. Can't I continue to play from there, or do I need to start again and re-play Poland and Norway?

When I opened the (registered) game, it gave me the option of starting from the demo end. But now when I try to go on to the low countries, it's a blank slate with raw units and no reserve/corps. I tried starting new and loading, but can't figure this out. I checked the "Common Questions" (lots of useful stuff there!), and searched but did not find an answer. Not covered in the manual, either.

Hi Kamerer, welcome. :)
I really don't know to answer this. Maybe some of the people have been through it and can give you clear answer.

Thank you for the welcome. I see in the forum much useful info you have posted, also. Already benefited from it.

I got bored and started the first campaign. Some big differences I noticed in two turns:
1) You can reinforce units in the field, not just in city/airfield hexes
2) Playing the Campaign seems MUCH easier than a comparable level setting (G/FM) in the demo. Odd.

Maybe some differences in the latest version (1.05) vs an un-updated demo? It just seems much easier than the demo - and not from experience but the unit encounters, prestige awarded, etc.

The difficulty is the same as the demo, I think. What happens is when you play the maps for the second time things go easier. Besides you're still learning and naturally you won't commit the same mistakes. :)
But you've a big campaign in front of you, not counting with DLC's and mods already available. :D
