Yes, Richard, which of Alasdair's three armies he submitted is here going to be using?

I am expecting you to be using Early Ottoman Turks and Lynnette Japanese. I am happy to say we will be using Late Russian.

Richard,

Those armies are interesting. No Ottomans.

So you think your Impact mounted are going to win the games for you?

It's Richard's subtle plan, the Hussars will provide rear support for the foot...

To be fair that would mostly be to do with you as you sat in the corner in all the terrain

Yup very good weekend. Thanks all round. Lynettes Japanese proved very entertaining. Apologies to you Richard and Tom our dice were on fire for that game. I guess the polish invasion of Japan probably wouldn't have been very successful based of that performance. Obviously a pike or musket is no match for no dachi or naginata

As always I forgot to thank our great opponents for such friendly games. We played both Japanese armies - lost one won one - Lynettes dice were fantanstic but could not cope with heavy cannons. The Russian Civil war ended up totally one side - sorry Chris and Brian.
