I guess you weren't kidding about July being kind of early for this release. About 4 sites over here have said 07/24/07. Now it's TBA. Any idea when it will appear....?

It's really out of our control as it depends on the local publisher and they will want to coordinate a cross platform release.

gamespy.com and ign.com . ign moved it from the release date list to the very end to TBA 2008 as did gamespy. any truth? because I'll have a disappointed 9 year old

CDV are releasing the PC version - I think in September. No news on other formats yet.

The PC version from cdv Software Entertainment USA will be shipping on 9/17/07.
